Content management services

The ITS Web Resources and Development team runs and manages the university's Web Content Management System (CMS).

Whilst ensuring day-to-day CMS running, we also assist you in moving and managing your content in the CMS.

In doing this, we provide:

Content Analysis and Migration

Content Analysis is where the CMS Team assists you with determing what parts of your existing site are best suited to being moved directly into the CMS, and what parts would benefit the most from being templated in the CMS.

Joint Analysis and Design JAD

A JAD session is where the CMS Team meets with you (and stakeholders from your area) and determines your requriements and needs. These requirements are then mapped to functionality in the CMS.
