ICT Development Program
Each year the ITS Project Office co-ordinates the creation of the following year's ICT Development Program and monitors the progress of the current year's program.
The 2010 ICT Development Program is being formulated in May and June and Key Dates for this cycle are being finalised.

Service Enhancement Projects
In addition to projects funded through Strategic Initiatives and Major Capital Works funding, ITS undertakes projects funded through operational or other funding sources. Where it is considered by ITS Directors to be appropriate, these projects are also listed as part of the ICT Development Program.
