1. How can I setup my Voicemail?

Follow the instructions on Getting Started

2. How can I access my Voicemail from another telephone?

  • Press the Messages button or dial 27027 ( 99027027 externally)
  • When Voicemail answers, press *
  • When asked for your ID, enter your extension number.
  • When asked for your security code enter your current security code.

3. How can I change my Voicemail message?

Press the Messages button (or voicemail 27027) key current security code, #, then 4 1 3 1 1

5. How can I change my recorded Name?

Press the Messages button (or voicemail 27027) key current security code, #, then 4 3 2.

6. My phone isn't ringing and is going straight to Voicemail, how do I fix it?

Check that there is no Call Forward diversion on the phone.

7. How can I cancel my Voicemail service?

Please submit a request at the Service Installations and Changes with the phrase

CANCEL VOICEMAIL SERVICE in the comments text box.

8. My phone is telling me I have missed calls, but when I access my voicemail there are no new messages?

Missed calls do not always translate into Voicemail messages. Voicemail message indication is only provided by the glowing red lamp on your handset or the blinking envelope on your screen.
