1. How do I find my IP Address / Subnet?Instructions can be found at Finding your IP address and subnet 2. Why can't ITS activate an existing data port instantaneously?A labelled, vacant wall port does not mean it is connected to the networked data switches. In most instances after a network switch port has been configured, a technician will be scheduled to come out to make the connection and test it at the wall outlet. How do I find out the status of my request?Call the Servicedesk on extension 51777 for update on your request. You will need to have your Service Desk Online request number to hand when your call is answered. You should also check your email regularly as we will provide updates or ask for information about your request via e-mail. |
