What is this service?	Google Apps is a suite of collaboration tools provided by Google in partnership with Monash. The suite of services for students include: email service - Gmail instant messaging - Google Chat calendar - Google Calendar and online document sharing - Google Docs Accessible solutions are also offered.
Who can use it?	Enrolled coursework students at all Monash University locations. Information for postgraduate research students.
How do I get it activated?	Any new coursework student with an active Monash Authcate account automatically has an account for student messaging - Google Apps. New students can request an account from computer accounts and passwords page. During the transition period, existing coursework student will receive an email invitation to sign up to the new service.
How do I use it once it is activated?	Visit the email page for information regarding how to access student messaging.
How much does it cost?	This is a centrally funded service.

What is this service?	The my.monash portal provides personalised and customisable online access to learning, teaching, research, administrative and community resources to members of the Monash community.
Who can use it?	Authorised Monash University students and staff at all Monash University locations.
How do I get it activated?	Any student or staff member with an active Monash Authcate account automatically has an account for my.monash enterprise portal. New students can request an account from the computer accounts and passwords page.
How do I use it once it is activated?	Visit the my.monash enterprise portal.
How much does it cost?	The core my.monash enterprise portal service is funded centrally, embedded non-enterpise services may attract a charge.
