What is this service?	This service is the provision of an online environment which facilitates and supports the management of online learning and teaching activities.
Who can use it?	Authorised Monash University students, staff and other authorised users at all Monash University locations.
How do I get an account?	Any student with an active Monash Authcate account and enrolment automatically has an account for Blackboard. New students can request an account from the computer and passwords page. Staff should speak with their group administrator or MUSO Support in order to arrange the appropriate level of access.
How do I access MUSO?	From the MUSO link on the homepage of the my.monash portal.
How much does it cost?	The core Blackboard service is funded centrally, embedded non-enterpise services may attract a charge. A cost recovery based charge will be levied to retrieve section specific data from Blackboard. More information can be accessed at http://www.monash.edu.au/muso/support/staff/restore-section.html

What is this service?	This service is the provision of an online environment which facilitates and supports the management of online learning and teaching activities. Moodle 2.0 is part of the new strategic Monash Virtual Learning Environment and will replace Blackboard in a series of 3 Waves. Wave 1 in Semester 2 2011 Wave 2 in Semester 1 2012 Wave 3 in Semester 1 2013.
Who can use it?	Authorised Monash University students, staff and other authorised users at all Monash University locations.
How do I get an account?	Staff and students with an active Monash Authcate account automatically have an account for Moodle 2.0. New students can request an account from http://www.its.monash.edu.au/students/accounts Staff should speak with their Faculty Administrator or VLE Support in order to arrange the appropriate level of access.
How do I access Moodle?	http://moodle.vle.monash.edu/
