MBL Asset Online

Asset OnLine is the Macquarie Bank database housing all IT assets leased by Monash University. This system enables easy tracking of assets using a variety of criteria. The database is a compilation of information from the original PPN and the supplier's invoice for the goods provided. A variety of reports can be generated according to criteria selection.

Access to this system is designated by Cost Centre and allows the user to make changes to location details and end user details.
