IT Supplier Quarterly Reviews
Monash Procurement undertakes Quarterly Reviews with each of it's IT Suppliers. Each supplier is asked to provide reports for the relevant quarter as part of the review process.
These reviews ensure that both suppliers and Monash are adhering to agreed pricing and service levels. The report and any issues with the supplier are discussed at the review with a panel of Monash Staff and representatives from the suppliers.
